1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Eligible for Refund:
- Purchases made within the last 7 days
- Less than 10% of purchased minutes have been used
- First-time refund request for the account
- Technical issues preventing service usage (verified by our team)
1.2 Not Eligible for Refund:
- Purchases older than 7 days
- More than 10% of minutes have been used
- Free bonus minutes or promotional credits
- Accounts with previous refunds
- Violation of our Terms of Service
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Include your account email and purchase details
- Explain the reason for your refund request
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Review Time: We will review your refund request within 24-48 business hours.
3.2 Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
3.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
4. Partial Refunds

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your HintQ AI account at any time by:
- Going to Account Settings → Delete Account
- Contacting support at support@hintqai.com
5.2 Effect of Cancellation:
- Remaining AI minutes will be forfeited
- Access to services will be terminated immediately
- Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- No automatic refunds for unused minutes

If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

- Provide additional documentation if needed
- Allow 3-5 business days for review
- Consider dispute resolution through your payment provider
